MeeFog Mobile-Mee Sprayer: A Portable, High-Efficiency Solution for Industrial, Commercial & Agricultural Applications

YouTube video

Full Transcript:

Hi, I’m Thomas Mee, CEO of Mee Industries Inc.

Mee Industries has been building high-pressure water fogging systems for over 50 years. Our systems are used in a variety of applications—from special effects at Disneyland to gas turbine power augmentation and building humidification.

What Is the Mobile Mee Sprayer?

The Mobile Mee Sprayer is the smallest fog system we manufacture. We originally developed it during the COVID-19 pandemic for disinfecting indoor and outdoor surfaces. While surface transmission of the virus became less of a concern, we quickly discovered how effective the sprayer is in greenhouses, where it’s now used for:

  • Disinfection

  • Pest control

  • Applying water mixed with a wide range of agricultural chemicals

Key Features

  • Portable: It’s mounted on a wheeled cart and plugs into a standard 110-volt wall outlet.

  • Flexible: Comes with a 50-foot hose and a handheld spray gun, giving operators the ability to treat hard-to-reach areas.

  • High Pressure: Operates at around 2,000 PSI using our proprietary nozzles.

  • Powerful Coverage: Produces a large spray plume that can reach 20–30 feet.

The ultra-fine droplets penetrate deep into plant foliage and even reach the undersides of leaves—ideal for controlling mildew, mites, and other pests.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Ready

The Mobile Mee can handle:

  • Water-soluble chemicals

  • Wettable powders

  • Emulsifiable concentrates

It’s an ideal tool for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies across many agricultural sectors.

How It Compares to Traditional Sprayers

Traditional high-volume sprayers often produce large droplets, which:

  • Struggle to penetrate dense foliage

  • Require close proximity for coverage

Low-volume sprayers may produce fine droplets, but their spray plume is small, making them inefficient for large areas.

The Mobile Mee sprayer combines the best of both:

  • A large fog plume with very small droplets

  • Treats entire rows of plants from a distance—saving time and effort

Other Applications

Beyond greenhouses, the Mobile Mee Sprayer is effective in:

  • Food processing facilities

  • Warehouses

  • Nurseries

  • Food storage areas

Its efficiency allows a single operator to cover large square footage much faster than with conventional sprayers.

Models and Mobility

We offer two versions:

  • 20-gallon model: On a four-wheel cart, towable behind electric carts—ideal for nurseries

  • 5-gallon model: Compact and easily maneuverable for indoor use or smaller spaces

Both are equipped with a 50-foot hose for wide reach.

Low Maintenance

  • Just clean the tank after each use to prevent contamination

  • The high-pressure pump is long-lasting and simple to rebuild if needed

  • Very little ongoing maintenance is required

Popular in Cannabis Cultivation

The Mobile Mee Sprayer is especially popular in the cannabis industry, where dense plant canopies make coverage difficult. The fog easily penetrates the foliage, and you can see it wafting through plant rows from 20 or 30 feet away—without needing to step between every row.
