Laboratories

Labs Often Require 100% Outside Air. This Large Load Of Humidification Is A Perfect Place To Apply An Energy Efficient Meefog System.

Data Centers

Low Humidity Can Lead To Excess Static Electricity. Energy Efficient Data Centers Take Advantage Of Free Cooling With A Fog Based Humidification System.

Humidification for Industry

Facility Managers Save Energy And Improve Production Speeds With Humidification For The Manufacturing Floor. Meefog Humidifies At A Fraction Of The Cost And Energy Usage Of Compressed Air.

HVAC

Meefog Humidifies Air Handling Units And Cools Energy Recovery Air To Meet The Makeup Air Requirements For Both Materials And Human Comfort.

Clean Rooms

In The Highly Controlled Environment Of A Clean Room, Temperature And Humidity Are Kept To Exact Settings. Maintaining A Precise +- 1% Rh Is Possible With Meefog And Staging Valves.

Humidifiers Using Atomization Nozzles

Mee Industries uses the proven technology of high-pressure fog. With 50 years of experience in a variety of industrial applications, Mee’s technology delivers the most cost-effective and energy efficient way to humidify makeup air in-duct or add humidity to a room directly for manufacturing.

A typical fog system uses one horsepower for every 500lbs. of water, which is 3% of the energy usage of compressed air-type systems and about 1% of the energy usage of steam systems.

The MeeFog nozzle produces a spray with 90% of the water flow in droplets that are 20 microns or smaller, offering maximum evaporative efficiency without wetting. Each MeeFog impactionpin nozzle is made from high-grade stainless steel. Our standard nozzle features a 0.006 inch (150 micrometer) diameter oriface which produces billions of ultra-fine droplets per second.

MeeFog commercial humidifiers have been applied to a wide variety of commercial buildings including data centers, office buildings, labs, and museums worldwide. Generally, nozzles on tubing manifolds are installed in-duct in the air handling units (AHU). MeeFog™ humidification systems do not require compressed air or steam. Direct pressure means few moving parts (none in the air handler).
