When a major NYC financial institute discovered their data center was in jeopardy of summer heat overload, they realized they needed to find a solution quickly.
The building engineers knew that adding more condensers was not an option for them, so with the help of a local air handling company, they installed an evap. cooling system to their existing ACC’s. The result was a consistent 6 degrees drop in glycol and the ability to stay up and running during heat waves.
