Career Opportunities:
We are seeking for a Field Junior Engineer to manage and oversee the installation of the gas turbine inlet air-cooling (fog) systems with the U.S. and abroad. Qualified candidates must have the following knowledge and experience
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:- Manage and oversee the installation of gas turbine inlet air-cooling systems (fog systems) at power plant, oil refineries, or utilities company job sites around the world. - Develop and control project plans for successful execution and completion. - Manage and oversee the labor/work provided by local contractor. - Coordinate the installation schedules with customers and local contractor. - Perform quality control field inspection that includes testing of equipment. - Perform plumbing and/or electrical work as needed. - Manage customer expectations and maintain customer satisfaction. - Interface with management and staff to report project progress. - Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: - BSEE or BSME degree and/or minimum of 3-5 years experience in industrial installation and/or construction projects at utility company, oil refineries, or power plant. Knowledge of working on foreign construction sites preferred. - Experience or knowledge with the following PLCs and development applications; Siemens S7-200 - using STEP-7 MicroWin32, Allen-Bradley SLC-5 - using RSLogix 500, GE Fanuc Series 90-30 - using Concept and/or Taylor ProWorks NXT is a plus. - Computer Savvy - Windows, Microsoft Networking, Networking Connectivity, Internet, File/save/copy/move/backup, Simple Version Management, downloading programs into PLCs, Pkzip, email, etc - Must be able to travel 1-3 months period at a time within US and abroad. - A valid US Passport is required. - Must be able to work independently and/or with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment.
